America Downunder has formed the "Downunder SOFTBALL Invitational," where we will use sports as a vehicle to provide a unique cultural exchange for young people across the globe.
The "Downunder Softball Invitational" is a one-of-a-kind event that combines travel to the world’s #1 bucket list destination with an international softball tournament.
USA State teams will compete against other USA High School state representative teams and teams from Downunder, but the real fun begins before and after the game. In Australia, explore the history and beauty of the iconic cities of Cairns, Gold Coast, Sydney, or Melbourne. Visit the famous Harbor Bridge, hop aboard a harbor ferry past the spectacular views of the Opera House. Feel the sand beneath your feet at Bondi Beach before you take a swim at one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. If traveling to New Zealand, explore the black sand beaches of Piha, World Famous Rotorua Thermal Park, maybe do a bungy jump in Queenstown, or go blackwater rafting in Waitomo; there is so much to do, and adventure is only for the brave.
